If you receive need-based financial aid, please request income verification documents using the button below. Eligible aid packages include U.S. need-based financial aid packages, such as a Pell Grant (full or partial) or a Subsidized Stafford Loan.
If you aren’t sure if your financial aid package qualifies, please submit your request anyway, and staff will help determine eligibility.
Knowing which members receive financial aid allows us to comply with city requirements, and ensure we are serving our mission to provide affordable houses to those who need it. All members who submit qualifying documentation will receive a one-time $50 rent credit.
