.About Our Application and Lease Process
Start by looking at our houses. Each house has a unique history, feeling, and features. Check out examples of our rooms in the gallery below, look at the pages for each house, or contact [email protected] to schedule a visit!
Our application is free of charge. You have no commitment to move in until you sign your official lease and College Houses counter-signs. The entire process is completed online.
Choose a house to apply to at the very start of the application.
You should hear back within two business days of applying. Applications are processed first come, first served.
You will receive email updates throughout the process with detailed instructions for each step, and can reach out to [email protected] with any questions.
- Submit the application using the button below.
- Receive a lease offer by email via DocuSign.
- Read, sign, pay the deposit and fees, and provide the requested documentation for the lease.
- If everything is in order, we will counter-sign your lease. At this point your space is reserved, and you will receive move-in instructions via email.
