We offer leases around the academic summer calendar for students in summer classes prorates to the UT summer schedule. For students not taking summer classes, we offer leases for the months of June and July.

Contract Details:
- All prices listed above are per resident
- If you verify that you meet certain income requirements and pay for an entire semester up front, you will receive a 3% rent discount.
- We offer a Spring-only contract. Members looking for fall-only housing can give notice and pay a flat rate for an early lease termination.
- Most rooms at Pearl, Taos, Halstead, and Laurel have a shared bathroom with 1-2 other members. Opsis and Nueces offer private bathrooms in a 2×2 or 4×4 arrangement. 21st Street bathrooms are shared between 2-3 members.
- You can live in a College Houses co-op if:
- You are enrolled in at least 6 hours of college courses at a university (online courses count and do not need to be in a Austin area school)
- Non-credit coursework, such as certificate programs, will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Deposit and Fees: $670 due at contract signing for new members: this amount includes a $600 refundable security deposit, and a total of $80 non-refundable membership, operational, and payment processor fees. These fees will be paid via DocuSign to submit your contract; Debit, Credit, and ACH transfers accepted.
- Labor hours: All residents are required to perform up to 6 hours labor per week in their co-op. Some houses may only require 4 or 5 hours based on current need. The exceptions are Opsis and Nueces which, because no meals are served, require only 2 hours of labor.
- Houses that include meals: Food is available from the first day of class through the end of finals based on the University of Texas calendar, except for UT holidays. Meals and meal service may vary depending on the majority preference in each individual house.
- High-speed Internet access included in all units.
